EXIT THROUGH THE CLASS DOOR 

I loved the use of your exit cards. I would like to see how you use the data on them to shape your next class. You’ve figured out how to gather data, now you need to figure out what you do with it. It was cool to the see the students so excited about a method of checking for understanding and all of them felt they had learnt something.

 

FIND A BALANCE

You need to think hard about the rate of workload versus how much benefit students will get from your feedback. You should definitely give plenty of feedback but don’t overwork yourself and look at ways you can make life easier through peer feedback or verbal feedback.
